1.5 serving size question

#1

I typically make a whole bag of 1.5 Soylent and then fill up a 20 oz bottle that I sip throughout the day. How many “servings” of Soylent is this 20 oz bottle?

#2

If you use the regular pitcher you’re making two quarts, or 64 ounces. Soylent is currently calling a “serving” 25% of that, four servings a day, which is 16 ounces. 20 ounces is 25% more than 16 ounces.

You’re having a serving and a quarter–again, if you go by the four-equal-servings-a-day paradigm.

You’re having a bit less than a third of your daily Soylent (on a 2000-calorie-a-day diet).

thank you! exactly what i was looking for.

Even easier - one bag is 4 servings. If your 20oz bottle empties a batch in four fills, then your 20oz bottle is exactly 1 serving, 500 calories.

Well, it won’t, though, unless you’re mixing your Soylent in an 80-ounce pitcher.
