How do you work around the milk blocking iron absorption?

Could take an iron supplement out level out the iron blocked by milk…

Is there any info on how much iron is blocked by how much calcium? (e.g: 1g of calcium absorbs 500mg of iron?)

Most people (men especially) get too much Iron. In fact it’s theorised that regular bleeding (i.e. iron loss) could be one of the reasons women live longer than men. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you actually start to show signs of anaemia.
