Account-billing problem

I ordered Soylent few weeks back, I made a mistake with my e-mail address, so I never got confirmation. I was supposed to get the December month supply. I just want to make sure, the folks at Soylet have the order right since my mailing address was correct and CC was charged. I understand this may not be worth of starting a new thread but I could not find a better venue to express my situation.
