Almonds and Beef Jerky

So I’m looking to start ordering for my first batch and I’m looking at the beginner wiki on soylentmaker.com. I’m a big fan of Almonds and snacking on them throughout the day. Has anyone experimented with decreasing the protein / fat of Soylent [whey and oil] and replacing it with a daily intake of some almonds for protein and fat, and some beef jerky for more protein?

Is it that simple?

Pretty sure I’ve seen people on this forum talk about doing just that (almonds for fat etc, beef jerky to keep teeth from getting lazy on a liquid only diet).

Oberto makes a Bacon Jerky now. And it’s as glorious as you might imagine. :wink:
