Yeah I’d love to know what happens to the nutrition as well. But regardless, I’m convinced that Soylent cookies/brownies etc. will still be far far healthier than their commercial counterparts.
I made some of JeffD’s final muffins, and they are awesome!! My main problem with soylent is the desperate need to chew something to feel like I’ve eaten, and these muffins totally do the trick. I subbed raisins, and they’re great
