Attempting to re-order Soylent


I finally received my order of Soylent and I would like to place a re-order; however, when I type in my e-mail address I used to initially order Soylent, it tells me that my e-mail address is not recognized. I used my PayPal to make the purchase which also uses the same e-mail address. What can I do?


Do you mean you are trying to login on their site? They do not automatically create an account based on your first order, you’ll need to create an account if you’d like one.

As long as you are using the same email as your first order it will be recognized as having priority for shipping as a reorder, whether it’s a one time reorder, or a subscription. Unfortunately the system does not give any confirmation on our end, which tends to lead to confusion for many.
