Breaking your diet

I am officially tired of people saying, “thats breaking your diet.” Whether that is a cookie, cheese burger, or what not. My “diet” is working off more calories than I take in. I can eat what I want, as long as I don’t put more energy into my body - aka food - than I use… and I can eat a hell of a lot when I move 16 miles in a day.

I eat Soylent for breakfast and lunch, it makes for an easy no thought nutritionally complete meal. Since I no longer drink alcohol, making dinner has become my social activity - and I’m really tired of people trying to call me out when I don’t drink Soylent.
