Cafe Vanilla Throat numbing

#1

I just got my first order of Soylent. I got the cafe vanilla and it tastes fairly well; however, it leaves a numbing feel as soon as I drink it. As I type this I feel a headache coming up too. Is this normal and should I “just suck it up?” or should I legitimately be concerned? Thanks for your input!

I have never felt a numb throat or a headache from any Soylent product.

Sounds like you have an allergy or sensitivity to something in it. I wouldn’t drink it any more if I were you.

I would wait awhile before trying it again. I don’t think you need to avoid it forever without further testing.

You may have an allergy or sensitivity to an ingredient in that flavor of Soylent.
