Can this recipe work?


I’m using 100g each of oatmeal,whole wheat flour and all purpose with 400ml of milk, 200ml of soymilk, 1/2 a multivitaminmineral pill, 30ml of olive oil, 40g of brown sugar, 30g of milo and 3g of salt. Its lacking in potassium and has only 2000kcal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
