Cancellation Request

Hi, I sent an email over a week ago requesting my subscription to be canceled. I manually canceled the Recurly subscription, but the first charge hasn’t yet been refunded and there has been no response from info@soylent.me or subscriptions@soylent.me. It has been over the “3-5 business days” in the autoresponder email. How do I get this canceled and refunded?
