I noticed that the amounts of Protein, Maltodextrin and Oats in Schmoylent are different to the official stuff. Is there anything wrong with making the amounts the same as the real stuff? So much oats seems to give an overdose of Manganese.
Schmoylent uses about twice as much oat flour as maltodextrin, while Soylent uses about twice as much maltodextrin as oat flour.
The high amount of manganese is not ideal, but I prefer that to a carb crash from maltodextrin, which is a deal breaker for my own metabolism.
