Charged for a second reorder, haven't even received the first



I’m looking for some help here. My first reorder subscription was billed on 12/25, invoice #25767, and I never received any shipping info or confirmation. I have sent multiple emails to info@soylent and subscriptions@soylent, but have received nothing other than automated responses. While waiting to hear back on the first reorder, I notice I am already being billed for another month, invoice #34585.

What is going on? After multiple attempts at getting some help, I am to the point of having my bank dispute this and demanding a refund.


They’re much faster with issuing refunds, so I don’t think disputing the charge will be necessary. Hopefully you get a response sometime tomorrow (they don’t appear to come on the forums on the weekends).
