Charged twice for a subscription, but never received it


Hi all, long time fan first time poster. I’m hoping to get some help here @Soylent I was charged twice on invoices 33036 and 25268 for a 28 bag subscription. The problem is that I’ve yet to receive either and have been charged for both within the same month. Please help me out or get me in touch with someone who can fix this and refund my account right away. The email auto response says its a 10 day wait time which is not very reassuring so I’m hoping this serious issue can be resolved a bit faster here. Thanks for your help and have a great day!
