Chew non-mint gum for reflux relief

I have occasional reflux issues with lots of different foods; I just learned that stimulating saliva flow can help neutralize it, but mint can encourage reflux, so I just bought some cinnamon Trident and it seems to help so far. Just wanted to pass that along.

Interesting. I’d think cinnamon would cause more reflux than mint.

Actually, you may be right; I’ve now switched from cinnamon to bubble-gum flavor.
