What do you guys think? I’m a little bit concerned over how much canola oil in soylent!

Is there some point in that article that you take seriously? Perhaps you can point it out so we can discuss it. As it is, I can’t see any actual information for all the nonsense.
I did some more research and I think the claims about canola oil being bad are mostly fear based.
