Contacted support a month ago, still no response


On July 7th I sent in an email requesting that the address for my 1-week order (made over a year ago) be changed to a new address because I have recently moved.

I still haven’t received a response from Soylent support that this change has been made. I did receive an automated confirmation that my email had been received by your system, but no human response.

Can I expect that the change in address has been made? Does Soylent even have anyone answering their customer emails? I understand waiting a few days for a response, but it has been more than a month now.
