Critique my recipe please

Howdy folks! I’ve decided to take the plunge and try a DIY recipe. I’m shooting for something pretty high in protein, medium-low carbs, easy, and reasonably affordable. I am working off People Chow as a base. Here is what I’ve come up with so far. Any suggestions?

You should be able to find a cheaper protein. That one’s crazy expensive.

Okay updated with significantly cheaper protein.

That’s an enormous amount of protein. If you are doing significant strength training 6 days a week and weigh 170 pounds that would be about the max useful protein for you.

Did you have a particular reason to have so much protein?

I do weigh 170 lbs and do heavy barbell training 4 days per week and interval conditioning 2 days a week.
