Customer Service Issues

I subscribed to both 1.5 and 2.0 on the 17th. After getting no shipping notifications for 3 days, I sent an email to info@soylent.com. I got the auto reply assuring me someone would respond asap. It has been three days since I was assured that someone would contact me. Nobody has, and my subscription of Soylent 1.5, which was ordered 6 days ago, also has not shipped, while my 2.0 has. Another email to info@soylent.com this morning has generated no response.
