I don’t think I know how to use the diy versions of soylent.
I don’t know how to customize the ingredients according to characteristics that are unique to you (height, weight, gender, amount of physical activity, etc).
I need instructions for how to put them together, so I’m using them exactly as I should be. The goal behind my trying this was to not worry about not getting the right nutrition (which this seems to have all of?) and not overeat and eat bad stuff that leads to getting fat and health issues.
