@Soylent I purchased - as in you charged me - for a re-order dec 15. Supposed to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Nothing. No email response. No way to track order. If you can’t resolve in a day or two I’m gonna call my credit card and cancel. Please get in touch with me.

A lot of people experienced this problem as you may have noticed. I believe they will give you a refund if you want it regardless :slight_smile:
