It seems a few folks aren’t happy with the preliminary report set to feed the latest U.S. Dietary guidelines.

Of course for those of us here subsisting on powdered foods like Soylent, both of these guys are missing the core question in all of this… Without regard to plants, animals or other resources, what actual macronutrient profile would be most beneficial for the largest populous? While issues about farming and animal use certainly are pertinent for the muggle-food eating masses, assuming we COULD break this down into the core vital nutrients without regard to source, what would be healthiest?
