Has anyone ever been charged for the same order 2 days in a row? I messaged soylent but it says takes up to 48hrs to hear back, the duplicate order will be shipped by then and they won’t refund me by then
No, but I ordered a scoop and got a box of Drink. They are cool though and will do right by you.
I expect they’ll refund you, even if it does ship, they may even be able to recall the package of it hasn’t been delivered. They’ve been good about that sort of thing in the past when they’ve made mistakes.
They don’t take returns. They just let you keep it at their expense.
It kinda makes me wish they would mess up my order once in a while.
