I’ve been searching for ages for a good mix of fat soluble vitamins.
I think I found it:
For europe customers:
EstroBan is a mixture of the four fat-soluble vitamins K, A, D, and E in a solution of organic olive and coconut oils.
Vitamin A - 5,000 IU
Vitamin D3 - 1,000 IU
Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols, 95%) - 200 IU
Vitamin K2 (menatetrenone, MK-4) - 2mg
If you are familiar with Weston Price or Ray Peat, then you probably know where I’m talking about. Otherwise, you may want to research this topic (fat soluble vitamins). From my research I concluded that
- vitamin D3 > vitamin D2
- vitamin K2 > vitamin K1
- vitamin E is found in 8 different forms in food, getting only one of those forms (like official soylent does) may not be optimal
I may sound like I’m trying to sell this, but I’m not, if you know a better product, please let me now.
