I made my first recipe public (http://diy.soylent.me/recipes/expensive-brandname-whole-foods ), because I wanted to use mcmire’s Optimal Recipe Generator. I couldn’t get that to work, though. I just wanted to play around with the DIY application using high-priced, whole food type ingredients. I used USDA values for the vegetable powders, correcting to energy. Vitamin A is sky-high because of all the beta-carotene. Let me know what you think. I found it difficult to source a variety of vegetable powders. I’d definitely like to get lettuce, celery, and onion in there. I can’t use spinach because it gives me kidney stones. Any help with that would be appreciated.
