I heard about a new book that apparently came out today: Food Myths Debunked: Why our food is safe
It is written by an actual scientist who takes a science-based approach to researching our food, where it comes from, and how it works in our bodies.
Disclaimer: I am not the author, I have no idea who he is. I just thought this was an interesting idea for a book that is relevant to nutrition and wanted to share. I have not read it yet but I did order a copy.
