I’ve been looking around the forum to figure out ways to make Soylent a bit more optimal. I noticed several discussions about the lacking fiber of 1.5 so I decided to add some to the mix. Right now, I’m using Metamucil (powdered psyllium husks) and PB2 (which also has fiber in addition to enhancing the taste.)
My question is, for those of you that use either/both of these additions, how much do you typically add to 1 pack of 1.5? Right now, I’ve been using roughly 6 tablespoons of PB2 and 2 tablespoons of Metamucil. I think the taste and consistency is perfect, but do you think this is too much or too little?
