I tried a oat flour and maltodextrin recipe and i cant stand the texture. im going back to a corn based recipe and still have 49 lbs of oat flour and malto i am not going to use. its yours if you can come get it. let me know
Well the maltodextrin mixes perfectly smooth for me, the oat flour as you mentioned is the real culprit here, and maltodextrin is corn based.
