Given how long this is taking for re-order, what are the chances I can get my money back?

edit: I can’t believe it: got an email back after weeks. Still, I don’t recant my previous statement about poor customer service. As evidenced by the sentiments on this board, this is a very poor move. Hopefully this trend will be bucked in the next week for other customers as well.

Thanks. Although I’m willing to give the company another chance, the last couple weeks have been very disappointing.
