Greens such as dandilion for K


Fond this old thread and didn’t want to resurrect it. Takes about the K content of dandelions. I knew this but hadn"t thought about it since before soylent. Spring is coming and dandelions are already starting to appear.

Does anyone use greens IN their soylent? I already take a K supplement.

Wow. Totally going to forage my lawn this year for dandelions to dry out and add to my soylent.

I already make soylent pizza, but dandelion PESTO!?! that’s just too great for this foodie to pass up…


I have also hear that dandelion root when dried roasted ground and brewed tastes almost like chicory which tastes almost like coffee.
