Continuing the discussion from Gut bacteria and Soylent:
It’s been a while since we’ve heard from this front. Have any DIYers been keeping track of their microbiome in any way; any official notice on how this affects an individual’s microbiome from Rosa Labs? (@rob? @JulioMiles?).
I’m also curious as to how changing ones microbiome (which I would be surprised if S/soylent didn’t do in the majority of the population) affects weight loss / weight gain, especially in the case where over 70% of ones diet is replaced.
