The Whey Isolate listed in the USDA database has an amount for manganese.
It lists 58.14 mg per 100 g. Manganese is present in great quantities in both human milk and cow milk. An average soylent recipe uses 50 g of whey which is still 29 mg of manganese.
Do you all ignore the manganese levels in the Whey?
and yes i know there have never been any reported toxcicxity from food.
