High Manganese in whey / use in High protein soylent

#1

The Whey Isolate listed in the USDA database has an amount for manganese.
http://diy.soylent.me/usda/5251eea668d3af3a17001070

It lists 58.14 mg per 100 g. Manganese is present in great quantities in both human milk and cow milk. An average soylent recipe uses 50 g of whey which is still 29 mg of manganese.

Do you all ignore the manganese levels in the Whey?

and yes i know there have never been any reported toxcicxity from food.

That one has too little protein to be an analog for NOW or Hard Rhino which have 89g of protein per 100g of powder. http://diy.soylent.me/usda/5251eea668d3af3a17001078 is closer but it doesn’t list Manganese and the source data doesn’t have it either http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/4216
