In answer to requests, I’ve made my whole-food diy public again, for now. I made it private after a “scare”, which turned out to be nothing.
One day, I noticed a groove on a tooth at the gum line. As usual, I did some quick research and decided it was an abfraction. Was it my diy? No - turns out I was wrong. I just lost a filling that I forgot I had.
These days, I use only 60 grams of ModCarb, which reduces calories to about 1,500. That’s all I need. Also, I use store-bought carrot juice instead of juicing carrots and celery. That eliminates the need for a juicer and reduces clean-up time.
