How to make macros?

I’m trying to get my DIY’ing going again. I’d like to go the general Soylent route and have 50% fat on my macros. Are there any DIY recipes that do this? If not, what’s the best combination of healthy fats? Above all, how do I make it tasty?

I like avocado oil and fish oil.

As far as making it tasty that depends on what “extras” you add.

I’m looking for a fat base to build up on. Ideally this would have a neutral flavour.

Give canola oil a try.
I find it fairly neutral in taste, it’s not expensive and it has a high amount of unsaturated fats.
