I'm worried about using Isomaltulose as a main carb


No one should be worried about isomaltulose; it’s arguably the best carb ever. Maltodextrin on the other hand, not good.

As for fungi, what’s really cool about them isn’t just that they’re symbiotic, but also, that they’re genetically closer to animals than they are to plants.


I’ll have to give this product a thumbs up by the way, pretty solid micronutrient profile (contains both K2 MK-4 and MK-7, methylfolate and methylcobalamin, and even has L-Lysine to cover the lysine deficiency of brown rice protein). The manufacturers did a fairly solid job here. But that they recommend adding olive oil for the fat, that’s just lol. Oilve oil tastes good, but it’s not an exactly optimal fat source. Using hemp seed oil is much better.

In any case, overall a solid product.
