Is the Website Working Properly?

So I needed to update my credit card since my old one has expired, but the site would show the message “the zip code you supplied failed validation” every time I tried to update. I’m using a Canadian postal code, but I’ve also tried to use a few US zip codes. Also, the send message button on the “Contact Us” page doesn’t work for me either. Anyone else been seeing this problem? Thanks!
