I’m on assignment away from home and it’s been really difficult to eat and workout like usual.
I have the local pizza place on speed dial and quick unhealthy food has become my go to choice.
I was doing well on the SBF keto plan but the keto way of life is just too difficult for me right now…Saw some nice results though!
