Just clarifying: Optimized is okay to use in all the same ways as the old formula?

I’ve been a heavy Soylent user, sometimes going 100% for days at a time (and sometimes barely using Soylent at all for days at a time). I’m a bit confused about the implications of this new Optimized formula, and just want to confirm that it’s safe to use in the same ways I’ve been using it, up to and including as 100% of my diet for extended periods. Anything important to know about how the old and new formulas may affect me differently?
