I based most of the recipe on this one (https://diy.soylent.com/recipes/whole-food-vegan-mix-2000-calorie-version) but changed some items trying to make it gluten free, and also tried to limit the soy and simplify it a bit. Some of the vitamins are a bit low, but I’ll be also taking a multivitamin that will be making up for all of those. Thanks for your recommendations!
Well, as you said, it looks still pretty much unfinished yet. And pretty expensive I must say.
Did you use any strategy to make it 100%? I would suggest to start with the marcos, and then see which vitmins and minerals are missing, and fill these up.
