Labeling my soylent with date of mixing

#1

Labeling a Soylent mix with date and time is desirable if you are like me and don’t consume the whole 64 oz pitcher in a single day.

I write this note just to mention that 3M Post-it “Labeling and Cover-up” tape, 1" wide by 700" long is really excellent for labeling purposes, since it adheres well and even survives washing, when used with pencil. I typically write something like “Nov 4 9pm” then when mixing the next batch cross out the previous entry and write the new time and date. Usually I tear off about 1" of tape which allows two or three entries before running out of space. One roll costs about $5.
