Let's talk about number 1

There is ALLOT of talk on this site about our poo but not much talk about urine. Occasionally I would have cloudy and foamy urine. Typically this is a sign of kidney problems. It can also be a sign of dehydration or excess protein. I’ve noticed that since I’ve been on my DIY soylent the cloudiness has gone away.

I haven’t personally experienced this outside of when I consume non-Soylent, or when I was playing with additional protein.


Seems you’re getting too much protein.

But that’s my point. I’m getting more protein but the cloudiness has gone away.

I wonder if your body is making better use of protein with Soylent so your body is getting rid of less than ever?

That’s possible I’ve noticed that my workouts have been improving faster than before.
