Liquid 2.0: No documentation? Water ratio?

They could always print a short url on the package that links to detailed documentation.

idk why I never thought of doing that…does using half a bag of powder per pitcher make it more ‘smooth’?

True. They made the mistake of assuming that a pitcher of Soylent supplied all the water they needed. They didn’t take into account the fact that the powder took up some room in the pitcher. But to my knowledge no version of Soylent powder made a recommendation on hydration.

As I said earlier it is impossible for us to know what your hydration needs are. We don’t know how much you sweat, pee, spit, or breathe in a day. It’s up to you to figure it out and see that those needs are met.

The Soylent 1.0-1.5 release notes have a section on water consumption:

The IOM recommends 2.7-3.5L+ of water per day depending on build and activity level. Soylent provides 1.6L, meaning you must consume a significant amount of water in addition to Soylent.

Of course we know from Discourse that nobody reads the release notes.

Case in point.
