Lost/stolen order


Hi there,

Have any of you ever had experience with lost/stolen Soylent orders? I was supposed to get my first batch of Soylent 2.0 last week. I got an email notification saying that my order was delivered on Wednesday, 10/28. I checked my mailbox, with the apartment rental office, etc, with no luck.

However, I noticed yesterday that the confirmation email stated that the package was delivered by FedEx and “left outside front door”. I live in a big apartment complex, so I’m thinking my order must have been stolen.

My question is, what do I do now? Do I contact Soylent customer service with a request to refund/replace my order? Or will Soylent not be willing to do that since it’s essentially FedEx’s fault? Most importantly, is there a way to request Soylent orders to be placed in a locked compartment/signed for in future? I don’t want any future Soylent orders to go missing. :confused:
