I would love to know the outcome and how you did it.
I have tried and experimented drying kefir whey and grind it into a powder.
My concern is I cried the whey out in a fan oven @100°C with fan on. Was this temperature to hot and did it killed all good bacteria?
Can anyone please direct me how to properly dry kefir whey without damage it?
The water that is left over after making cottage cheese from milk. How do you convert that into powder.
