Missed Order from July 2014

I ordered my 1 month subscription of Soylent on July 10th, 2014 and have yet to receive any email related to the shipping of this order. My co-worker who ordered at the same time as me has received their shipment. I have sent an email to info@soylent.me on Jan 6th, myorders@soylent.me on Jan. 13th, and help@soylent.me on Jan. 20th. Can I please get an update on this shipment. @Soylent
