Missing pouches

Hi
I only had 6 pouches in 3 of the weekly boxes. I purchase the monthly plan and I was shortened by 3 puches.

3 of the boxes had only 6 pouches. One had the 7 pouches.
I have sent an email to soylent.
Did anyone else was shortened on their shipment? I could
understand one of the boxes missing a puch, but three boxes in the same shipment?

This is a grave concern. Any help is appreciated.

Emailing is the right thing to do. I always make sure to count my pouches after I open each box, but I haven’t been missing any (yet).
