Missing shipment

My first order showed up without a problem. I made an order last week and it was marked as shipped by Wednesday but I did not receive a shipping notification.

It seems the order never shipped or ???.

I’ve tried contacting support by email but received no response. Is there any other way to find out the status of my shipment - is there any place I can plug in the subscription id or the shipment id to check the status?
