I’ve decided to do a 2 week trial of DIY Soylent to see if I think I could do it long-term. I’ll be writing about it and doing videos on my website, which can be found at http://seekingawen.com. I’ve already put up an introductory post along with a video of my first taste experience.
This might be of special interest to those of you that do weight training, as the first week of my trial will be taking place during the heaviest week of my Boring but Big cycle. I’ll be curious to see how this DIY Soylent affects my performance.
