My account does not exit and yet it ship me orders?

So I havn’t been home for about a month, during the month I tried to cancel my soylent order but it kept saying my account does not exist under that email, maybe my account got canceled so I kept traveling.

When I tried to login with my email it says * Invalid login credentials.

This morning I got an email says my subscription order has been shipped, and forgot password page still says my account does not exist. How can you ship me orders when my account does not exit???

If you actually want a response, you should contact customer service. It’s their job to solve this kind of problem.

They lost my account due to a website switchover too. I e-mailed info@soylent.com, and they sorted it out within a day — my order history is gone, but I was able to edit my subscription again.
