My reorder hasn't shipped yet

I reordered over 2 weeks ago. They state shipping in one to 2 weeks.

@Soylent, I sent an email yesterday, but I know you guys are backed up and actually pay attention to the forums. I’m going to run out of soylent this week and had expected my new shipment.

Can you look into what’s going on with my order?

I emailed a reorder request (14 bags/month) to info@soylent.me on January 13th and posted twice re: the reorder in another thread here…no replies to any of the messages. @Soylent has been unresponsive yet we have been directed to tag that alias rather than the individuals who(m) had replied in the past…

I hope they get their act together soon.
