I’m trying to go keto, but it’s so hard to give up carbs. Baby steps.
One of the biggest things you’re going to run into is the “ketosis flu” for the first few days. It might not be as bad for you but it was brutal when combined with the “induction phase” recipe.
When I did low-carb in the past, I was aiming for 60 g/day of carbs. That was OK, but I know I need to go lower than that for keto. Thankfully, my gf is going to go keto with me, which will help immensely to have that support.
